Australia Post have advised that the impacts of the pandemic are causing significant delays. Leading up to the busiest time of year, we strongly recommend placing your orders before 26th November to allow enough time for your orders to arrive.
Any orders received after 26th November we can not guarantee will be dispatched before January.
Ink Hearts Paper stationery can be shipped worldwide.
Within Australia, we use Australia Express Post to deliver your goods.
Stationery orders are shipped Express Post from our studio on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. Express post delivery is approx 1 business day for all Australian capital cities. Allow 2-4 business days for shipping if located in a regional area. This link shows Australia Post’s time frame by post code:
All items placed in the one order will be shipped together and will not split postage. If you require your items sent at different times, please place as a separate order. Otherwise a 2nd shipping charge may apply.
Ink Hearts Paper samples orders are produced three times a week and are shipped via Regular Australia Post at no extra charge as standard. You can choose to upgrade to Express Post shipping for an additional cost. Please allow 3-5 working days for your sample pack to be dispatched. Regular Australia Post generally takes 3-7 business days to arrive once dispatched. Express Post is next business day once dispatched.
Our product prices shown DO NOT always include shipping. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be automatically added to your total once the shipping details have been completed during the checkout process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with tracking information via email.
We take no responsibility for lost parcel with Australia Post.
Please ask us for postage insurance before your package is sent if you wish to be covered.
Once items have been posted to the provided address, they become the responsibility of the customer. We cannot take responsibility if any items do not arrive to you in time due to postal delays outside of our control.
If you parcel has not arrived, please check your tracking number. If the tracking number states the item has been delivered or still in transit, please check with your local post office as the item could be waiting there for you.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.
Shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Please note: Once an order has been produced and shipped - cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made.
The utmost care is taken with the packing all of our prints.
Sometimes however, accidents or errors may occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by us within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered.
Should your delivery contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
