Ink Hearts Paper prints and products can be shipped worldwide.
We used Australia Post.
Items are posted using standard shipping unless requested otherwise. Additional costs apply for Express Shipping.
Our product prices shown DO NOT always include freight. Freight charges, where applicable, will be automatically added to your total once the shipping details have been completed during the checkout process.
INVITATIONS & STATIONERY
All orders are carefully packed and posted in satchels, padded envelopes or boxes depending on the size of your order.
Our prints are carefully packed and posted in sturdy cardboard envelopes, unless A2 size or larger, they will be carefully rolled and packed in postal tubes.
Tracking is included on all orders, with the exemption of A4 size prints that include free postage, invitation samples and small items that fit within a standard envelope. These items are posted without tracking.
Tracking number is available upon request.
If you would like your order to be sent via registered post with signature on delivery or express post, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your purchase and this will be arranged.
For International delivery, Postage rate of $35 AUD applies.
We take no responsibility for lost parcel with Australia Post.
Once items have been posted to the provided address, they become the responsibility of the customer. We cannot take responsibility if any items do not arrive to you in time due to postal delays outside of our control.
If you parcel has not arrived, contact us for the tracking number. If the tracking number states the item has been delivered or still in transit, please check with your local post office as the item could be waiting there for you.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.
Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Please note: Once an order has been produced and shipped - cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made.
The utmost care is taken with the packing all of our prints.
Sometimes however, accidents or errors may occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Sales Department within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered.
Should your delivery contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by email at email@example.com.
