Our Velvet Guest Books are beautifully bound in sumptuous Italian silk velvet, with a soft lustrous finish that catches the light beautifully. Personalised by hand in our Melbourne studio, each book is designed to become a treasured keepsake long after your celebration has passed.

The generous A4 format and considered page layout offer the best of both worlds — a blank left page for photographs and keepsakes, paired with a lined right page for handwritten messages.

Design & Personalisation

Simply enter the wording you would like on the cover in the Cover Wording box when placing your order.

Your wording will be placed into the design you select using the layout, fonts, capitalisation and spacing shown in the product images. Your wording will be arranged to complement the design while maintaining the overall look and balance shown.

If you would like something different from the original design layout, please include clear instructions in the Design Notes box.

We specialise in rush orders for last-minute events and memorial services and understand that guest books are often needed quickly.

Rush orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.

If you require your book by a specific date, please contact us via the website chat feature or contact form before placing your order. Where possible, we can sometimes accommodate same-day dispatch, depending on our production schedule.

Production Information

Each Velvet Guest Book is personalised by hand in our Melbourne studio using precision-cut, heat-transferred vinyl lettering.

This creates a smooth and durable finish while allowing us to personalise each book individually. Please note that the lettering is not engraved or foil stamped. Letter sizing or thickness may occasionally be adjusted to meet the minimum requirements for vinyl cutting.

Our guest books are pre-manufactured and fully bound prior to personalisation. For this reason, we are unable to alter the book size, page quantity, page layout or add personalisation to the inside pages.

Velvet Cover Disclaimer

Velvet is a beautifully tactile fabric with a natural directional pile. As the fibres move and catch the light, the colour and shading of the cover can appear lighter or darker from different angles.

Subtle variations, pressure marks or changes in the direction of the pile are a normal characteristic of velvet and are part of its luxurious, textured appearance. Gently brushing the velvet in one direction can alter the way the surface reflects light.

Colours may also vary slightly between screens and in different lighting conditions.
