A dispatch timeframe is provided for all pre-order items and this is outlined in the product heading and item description. Please allow this timeframe plus Australia Post transit times.

Please note that payment is processed at the time of purchase, and the estimated shipping date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will not provide updates of the exact date of dispatch during the quoted month. You will be provided tracking information when your pre-order item has been dispatched.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in entirety once the pre-order item arrives. Please place seperate orders if you would like your other items sooner.
