Design & Personalisation
Simply enter the wording you would like on the cover in the Cover Wording box when placing your order.
Your wording will be placed into the design you select using the layout, fonts, capitalisation and spacing shown in the product images. Your wording will be inserted into the selected design and arranged to match the layout shown in the product images.
If you would like something different from the original design layout, please include clear instructions in the Design Notes box.
Please note:
• If you have specific formatting requirements, please clearly note them so we can accommodate them.
• Minor wording adjustments may be made to ensure the text fits the design layout and remains visually balanced.

Video Requirements
For the best viewing experience, we recommend supplying your video in landscape (horizontal) format with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Videos can be supplied via email, Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or other file-sharing services.
If required, we can assist with basic video formatting prior to loading.
FREE video preloading is included with every Video Book.
You can always load videos yourself on to your Video Books. Simply connect your video book to your computer (via the provided USB cable) and drag and drop your video file(s) on to the device.
Production Information
Personalisation is applied using precision-cut heat transferred vinyl lettering, creating a durable and long-lasting finish. Please note that text is not engraved. Letter sizing and thickness may be adjusted slightly to meet production requirements.
Video Books are pre-manufactured prior to personalisation. As a result, we are unable to customise the book size, screen size, cover colour, button configuration, or internal hardware specifications.
Linen Cover Disclaimer
Due to the organic nature of linen fabric, subtle variations such as small threads, colour inconsistencies, or natural marks may be visible within the weave. These characteristics are normal and part of the natural texture of linen.
