We love creating "On The Day" Stationery items, such as; menus, place cards, table numbers, signage and more to suit the style on your wedding or event.

All stationery is available to match any design in our Invitation Collection or you can request a custom design which we create from scratch using your ideas and inspirations.

Get creative with your Menus & Stationery! Menus can be made many ways. Individual menus for each guest, menus signs on the table, menu wraps around napkins, large menu poster for reception area. If you have any unique ideas, ask us!






It is difficult to give you prices for your on the day stationery unless we have all the details of your requirements, such as; size, quantities, design, assembling, multiple items etc.

To request a price, please complete the enquiry form below with full details on your requirements so we can forward you a formal itemised quote.

All prices are provided in Australia Dollar (AUD).




Our Menus, place cards and small signage A3 and smaller are printed on 270-300gsm premium 100% recycled card stock, unless otherwise stated on your quotation.

Signage A2 or larger are printed on 200gsm heavy weight paper unless otherwise stated.

Our standard card stocks are textured linen, textured felt or smooth in white or cream or natural botany kraft card. Let us know your preference or we select the best card type to suit your design.


Foiling & Letterpress:

If your require speciality type stationery such as foiling & letterpress we can arrange this for you. This is outsourced to the best manufacturers in the business. There is a minimum order of 50. Please be aware that this does increase the cost and is roughly double the price of ordinary printing.


We are always happy to customise your stationery to suit your needs. If you would like minor changes such as font style, wording, layout or something added or removed we can cater for you! Please give us your requests at time of order.

Otherwise, ask for a custom design!


We are sorry, but we do not provide our designs as PDFs for DIY printing.


Shipping / Postage is an additional fee and will be charged in accordance with your location and size of order. Within Australia $10 - $20 and Outside of Australia $35+


We understand that sometimes more guests are added to your list or were forgotten. Once your have received your order we are more than happy to provide re-prints.  Due to cards been printing on large format sheets, we are unable to re-print 1 or 2 at a time. The minimum order for re-prints is 10.



To place an order, please complete the form below.

We will get in touch with you and provide a formal invoice. A $200 starting deposit is required to book in. We will send you a form to complete with all of your contact details, event details and wording to create your design. 

A digital proof will be prepared and emailed to you as a PDF to approve before printing takes place. (please note: Once you have approved, a re-print fee will apply if you require changes after your order has been printed.)

Once ready to print, the balance of invoice is then payable and we will complete the printing and assembling (if required).

Turnaround time can vary depending on the size of your order, amount of changes that are made and if assembling is required. We suggest you give us 3 weeks to complete your order. If a rush order is needed, please advise us of this.
